Step 1 - The interview

Step 4 - Carry out survey
A surveyor will carry out a survey on the property on behalf of your mortgage lender to identify any structural problems and give an idea of the property's value. READ MORE »

Step 5 - Mortgage offer

Step 6 - Exchange contracts
